Traveling Bartending Services

After filling out our Lead Form, we will set up a project in our business portal, Honeybook. All project details, including contracts, invoices, and correspondence, will be organized and easily accessible in one location. You will also find a customized quote and pricing details there. 

 Since we're mobile, we try to keep our menu somewhat limited, but we’re happy to accommodate special requests. We want your menu to reflect both your personality and the event’s theme. Typically, we offer 2-3 beers, 2-3 wines, assorted seltzers, a variety of mid and top-shelf liquors, and featured cocktails tailored to your event. Ask to see our current menu for a more detailed list of options.

We would be delighted to create signature or featuredcocktails that match your preferences and the theme of your event. If you need help deciding, we are more than happy to brainstorm some ideas with you. 

Yes! Sobriety is becoming increasingly popular and we fully support it! Whether you wanted crafted mocktails or canned mocktails we're here for it! 

 In accordance with Idaho alcohol laws, we purchase all of our alcohol through the Idaho State Liquor Division (ISLD) or licensed distributors. All alcohol is provided via our licensed service provider, Capitol Bar.

 We refer to supplying your own alcohol as a “Dry Hire.” According to Idaho alcohol laws, any venue registered as a business with the Secretary of State (which applies to nearly all venues in Idaho) requires you to hire a licensed alcohol service provider. The term “licensed bartender” is actually a misnomer—only brick-and-mortar bars have licenses.

If your event is held privately on private property, we can absolutely do a dry hire and provide just bartending services. However, please note that the time and effort required to shop for, purchase, transport, store, chill, and serve the alcohol often makes it no more economical than hiring us to provide the full service. 

We are happy to take care of this if you'd like one less item on your event to-do list. Soda service is available at a rate of $3.00 per guest. We also offer bottled water with tiered pricing based on the number of guests:

- 0-50 guests: $200

- 51-100 guests: $300

- 101-150 guests: $400

- 151-200 guests: $500

If you choose to bring your own soda and water, please provide ice and tubs or bins, and ensure someone is available to set it up, as our team will be busy preparing the bar. Our staff can manage and restock after you have set up. 

If we wish to participate in a charitable event for good exposure, we will waive our setup fee.

Typically, we require a $750 bar minimum. However, we may waive this minimum for off-season or weekday events. If this applies to your event, let’s discuss it!

Besides our 2 trailers and our lovely bars, we currently do not offer rentals. We work closely with some wonderful vendors. Please feel free to ask for our preferred vendor list. 

 The setup fee includes a round-trip travel distance of up to 60 miles from our location. If your event is located farther than 60 miles, an additional travel fee will apply. For events over 100 miles away, you will also need to arrange accommodations for our staff or reimburse us so we can make the necessary arrangements.

To confirm your booking, you can pay the setup fee or deposit electronically through Honeybook. For any payments made during the event, we use our secure merchant processor, Clover. We accept cash, credit or debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Please note that a 3% processing fee will be charged for any electronic payments. Payments may show on your account as Tower Grill.

If your event space has an indoor area available, we can still provide our services in case of rainy weather. For instance, if you reserved one of our trailers and it rained, we can set up our rolling satellite bar inside your venue. Additionally, if you don't have a backup plan for inclement weather, we can bring an easy-up tent to shelter your guests while they order their drinks. Rest assured, we'll do everything we can to ensure your guests stay dry and comfortable.

If you're in a last minute pinch we can book as late as two weeks out, but we require that amount of time to secure the necessary permits. Bookings are available through 2025. 

Yes, through our licensed alcohol servive provider, The Tower Grill. The Tower Grill is fully licensed and insured within the State of Idaho to serve alcohol at offsite events.
