Traveling Bartending Services

After filling out our Lead Form, we will create a project in Honeybook and keep all project details, contracts, invoices and correspondence in one easily accessible location. Here you will find a customized quote and pricing details. 

We try to stick to a basic menu, but we can adjust it to fit your needs. This includes Coors Light, Coors Banquet, Modelo, a craft IPA, red wine, white wine, and champagne. We also provide mid-shelf vodka, gin, tequila, whiskey, and rum alongside basic mixers like Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, soda water, tonic water, margarita mix, juice, and garnishes. 

We would be delighted to create signature cocktails that match your preferences and the theme of your event. If you need help deciding, we are more than happy to brainstorm some ideas with you. 

Yes! Sobriety is becoming increasingly popular and we fully support it! 

We provide alcohol through our licensed alcohol service provider, The Tower Grill.

We call this a "Dry Hire''. If your venue allows you to bring in your own alcohol we can simply provide the bartending services. Once you decide on a finalized menu our team will supply you with an itemized shopping list for alcohol.  The best part?  You can purchase it at any store you want, saving you a ton of dough! We do require that you purchase additional event insurance listing us additional insured. 

We are pleased to offer you our selection of beverages. Sodas are priced at $3 each, while bottled water is available at tiered pricing based on the number of guests: 0-50 guests at $50, 50-100 guests at $100, 100-150 guests at $150, and 150-200 guests at $200. If you bring your own soda and water, please provide ice and have someone set it up as we will be busy setting up the bar.

If we would like to participate in some kind of charitable or other event that we think would be good exposure we will not charge our setup fee. 

Most of the time, we require a $750 bar minimum. However, for off-season or weekday events, we might waive the minimum. If this applies to your event, let's discuss it!

Besides our bars, we currently have limited rentals. However, we offer large galvanized tubs that can be rented for water and soda. If you require additional coolers, we have them available as well.

The setup fee covers a roundtrip distance of 60 miles. If the distance exceeds the limit, additional miles will be charged at a rate of $1.50 per mile. If the distance exceeds 100 miles, you will need to arrange accommodations or pay for us to make the necessary arrangements.

To confirm your booking, you can pay the setup fee or deposit electronically through Honeybook. For any payments made during the event, we use our secure merchant processor, Clover. We accept cash, credit or debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Please note that a 3% processing fee will be charged for any electronic payments. Payments may show on your account as Tower Grill.

If your event space has an indoor area available, we can still provide our services in case of rainy weather. For instance, if you reserved one of our trailers and it rained, we can set up our rolling satellite bar inside your venue. Additionally, if you don't have a backup plan for inclement weather, we can bring an easy-up tent to shelter your guests while they order their drinks. Rest assured, we'll do everything we can to ensure your guests stay dry and comfortable.

If you're in a last minute pinch we can book as late as two weeks out, but we require that amount of time to secure the necessary permits. Bookings are available through 2025. 

Yes, through our licensed alcohol servive provider, The Tower Grill. The Tower Grill is fully licensed and insured within the State of Idaho to serve alcohol at offsite events.
