Our Story

I’m a third-generation Idaho native and a graduate of the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising in Los Angeles. After spending five years as the Assistant Executive Producer at Los Angeles Fashion Week — overseeing high-profile guests, brand partnerships, marketing strategy, public relations, and large-scale event production — I developed a deep appreciation for precision, presentation, and elevated guest experience.

But Idaho was home.

When I returned, I saw opportunity. The mobile bar concept was virtually unheard of here, and the regulatory framework surrounding it was still undefined. What began as a bold, creative experiment — converting a horse trailer into a bar — quickly became a business that required grit, resilience, and relentless problem-solving.

Prior to Tilly, I launched Idaho Concierge, the state’s only dedicated luxury concierge company — built to serve clients seeking elevated lifestyle, event, and hospitality services throughout Idaho. Together, these brands reflect my passion for service, experience design, and raising the standard of what hospitality can look like in our state.

A year after that first spark, Tilly the Tipsy Trailer hit the road.

Building these companies has taken long nights, strategic partnerships, regulatory collaboration, and unwavering belief in what this industry could become. I take immense pride not only in creating beautiful bar experiences, but in helping pioneer and professionalize the mobile bar industry across Idaho.
